Registration is mandatory!
Please note, this event is for experienced dancers who prefer close embrace, invite to dance by mirada/cabeceo, open for old and new friends to dance with and respect the ronda.
Registration to the event will be individual. Couples have to fill in the form separately.
Registration is NOT automatically accepted! We reserve the rights to stop the registration and select the participants in order to ensure the balance of countries, leaders and followers, and to keep the good vibes of dancing and socializing.
After sending in the registration form, you will get an automatically generated email confirmation. After that you will get a personal answer within 2 - 3 weeks. If your registration is accepted, you have 10 days to pay the fee. If you don’t make the payment in time, your registration will be cancelled. After receiving your payment, we will confirm your participation with a final message. Please don´t book your travel until receiving the final confirmation. If your registration is not confirmed immediately and we put you on the waiting list, please be patient with us and we hopefully can confirm you too!
The registration fee is 150€/ 1750sek (warm-up milonga on July 17th is not included, entry 10€/ 120sek)
Registration fee includes:
- Entrance to the encuentro’s 6 milongas on July 18th, 19th and 20th
- Water, cold and hot drinks, fruit, cakes and light snacks during milongas
- Buffet with different types of dishes between the afternoon and evening milongas on Saturday, July 19th
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your registration for a personal reason before May 16th 2025, we will refund you 50% of the fee. After May 16th refund is not possible.
If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund for your milonga´s pass.
If your partner cancels the registration of participation even after payment, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list until the moment your couple balanced again.
Please note we cannot provide a refund for cancelled plane / train tickets or accommodation.
