Graziano Sportelli, Italy
He entered the world of tango in 2005 as a dancer and immediately became passionate about studying tango music. Graziano was given the opportunity to musicalize and to become the TDJ at one regular milonga in his province. Then he continued to play music at many other local milongas in his own city and also outside the region.
Subsequently his musicalization activity was recognized in Italy and Europe: England, France, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Latvia, Albania.
His musical preference goes to the tango of the golden age, always sticking to the music of the 20s and 50s. Creating the right energy at milonga is his prerogative.
Chloé Loizeau, France
Chloé has been dancing Argentine tango for over 20 years. She has participated in numerous events across Europe as a dancer.
In 2012, during a trip to Buenos Aires, she fell in love with music. She began her first musicalizations in 2014 in local milongas then in Encuentros in France and Europe.
She orients her music around the tangos of the golden age with a particular affinity for Guarda Vieja. His research and musical choices punctuate between dynamism, emotion and subtlety.
His sensitivity allows him to pay particular attention to the energy of the dance in order to adapt a musical selection for the happiness of all the dancers.
Ivica Anteski, Macedonia
Ivica has been an international DJ for over 10 years. Guided by the philosophy that playing music is like dancing with all the dancers on the floor at once, his musical expression is built on a deep connection with those who dance.
Inspired by the sensibility of tango’s Golden Age, Ivica’s music stays true to tradition, skillfully balancing rhythm and melody to create a seamless and engaging flow.
Beyond organizing local milongas in Skopje and the international encuentro Poema in Ohrid, Ivica is the founder and instructor at Tango Milonguero Skopje in Macedonia. He also conducts workshops worldwide and is the founder of Tango Mentor www.tangomentor.com
Irma Gross, Swizerland
With a strong musical background, Irma is deeply passionate about tango. Her frequent trips to Buenos Aires have allowed her to blend authentic Argentine vibes with a European flair. As a DJ, she crafts a unique musical atmosphere that perfectly captures the mood of the dance floor.
With 25 years of experience leading milongas, both locally and internationally, her Tandas are expertly chosen to create a harmonious and enjoyable dance experience.
As a tango musician, folklorist, and event organizer, she is deeply rooted in the tango community.
Eugene Plotsky, USA
Eugene has been with tango since 2012. For over six years Eugene has been DJing in Chicago, USA and Internationally.
As a Milonguero style dancer, he has traveled extensively in between Buenos Aires, North America and Europe for numerous tango events where he developed a deep sensitivity to Tango dance and music.
His DJing focuses on the best music of the Golden Age of Tango, as it was played in Buenos Aires. Eugene believes the right music unites all dancers in one big ronda on a dance floor.
He also enjoys discovering and sharing tandas and cortinas that both surprise and delight dancers.
Roham Farzami, Iran / Netherlands
Roham has been DJing tango music since 2008.
As a DJ, his intention is to create an immersive experience for the dancers: a flow of emotions and sensations that are seamlessly melted together.
Dancers describe his music as dynamic and full of energy. He believes that life is too short, so why play and hear anything but the best of the best music of golden era.
Andreas Tordai, Sweden
Andreas is a passionate and wonderful milonguero.
He uses all his own experience from social tango to build a strong rythmic foundation for the dancers.
At the same time he tries through careful listening to create a smooth musical flow and a pleasant acoustic and emotional athmosphere in the ballroom
